Re: Automatic Shift ****

I know what you mean. I currently settled with what I have now, its cast aluminum. Try ebay, thats what I did for my 1st shift **** which was a "six shooter barrel". But then I got a 4th Gen center console, so I got something less billet. On the second pic, you can't tell, but there are ridges in the form of finger grips (like some knives have) in the front and conform to my grip...

Re: Automatic Shift ****

The aluminum one I got from Autozone I believe. Eventually, I plan to get a Z-gate or Megashifter, but for now, this will do...

For the couple of months I had it, it never gave me any problems. The most difficult part was keeping it from locking the key in the ignition. But adjusting the retainer fixes that. I could never get the three screws to align properly, so instead, I had one part of the retainer flush to the shifting shaft and used the other two to tighten it. After that, no more loose **** problems...

Re: Automatic Shift ****

I was looking for the other one. I checked a few web sites and have not had any luck. I might have to go back to the OEM part.

Re: Automatic Shift ****

I have a source to make them but they are expensive in small quantities.

Last time I checked to make 1 set was about $125
