Can't remove stereo pod, need help!

I'm taking my interior out so I can either clean or replace the carpet. The only thing left is the radio pod and I can't get it to come out. I took the top 2 bolts out. It seems to be held in by another bolt at the rear bottom. I can't see it, but got my hand back there and it feels like it's coming up through the floor! Does that bolt come out from under the car? Also, do I need to remove the stereo and hvac controls, or will it all come out as one unit?

There is a bolt welded to the tranny tunnel, holding your radio pod in, the nut is accessable from inside the car, but you need to remove the HVAC control unit and the radio to get to it.

Guess that's what I get for trying to take a short cut and leaving the radio and controls in the pod. Thanks for setting me straight!
