Headrest removal

Im new to the site and looking for a bit of help. I want to remove the headrest in my bird but cant. Im told to use a slim metal like ruler thats bendable but not have any luck finding something like that. Any suggestions on what you guys used in the past. I want to install seat covers.

Re: Headrest removal

I have always used a putty knife,............ not perfect - but it seems to be the only thing I can locate when I need to remove a headrest !
