a/c-heater vent removal

Is there a special tool made to pop out the a/c vents to replace them? Screwdriver seems like it would be too easy to breaksomething trying to pry up the tab with the swivel **** on it. Thanks!

Duke you're everywhere. I looked at tech articles, only saw like a door panel restoration, didn't really tell how to remove the screw cover. didn't see anything else. I'm fairly new, didn't see any search window type of thing. Thanks for the help! I'll try to get it right this time. :-)
