ws6 door panels
Just got done with my door panels. the original fabric was ripped on the ends and the pockets looked like s&^*. so instead of paying 100+ for new ones i decided to make my own. the hardest part was cutting out the letters.lmk what ya think

Re: ws6 door panels
It was a gallon of green spray glue shot out of a spray gun. my buddy got his own custom shop so i just rob him for materials and a little help. Im not sure the exact brand of glue though. the plywood ws6 emblem was glued to the backer with a can of regular spray adhesive.

Re: ws6 door panels
more than likely those flames are cut out of 1/4 foam, laid on top of an 1/8 ply panel cut to fit and then its all adhered together wrapped in what ever vinyl, suede, synthetic, and then adhered to the door. Or if there really good its done out of fiberglass over the original foam and then wrapped by a pro.

Re: ws6 door panels
thanks for all the replies, Ive been really busy so I havent had time to finish my passenger side. As soon as I start it Ill be posting the pics. By the way about the comment on painting the plastic handle trim with duplicolor trim paint, Ive used that on plastic but nothing out of a can compares to Krylons fusion paint for plastic, that stuff is the only choice for plastic , unless you have plastic adhesion promoter and a pro spray gun with vinyl dye.
