turn signal lever FELL off

turn signal lever FELL off
no idea how i managed this but my entire turn signal lever came off....i managed to get pissed and just yank the entire thing lose including the wires..........so before you flame it was justified....the bastard broke in the middle of traffic........does anybody know if its possible to put the wires and the lever back?

wires go to the bottom of the column, if you can find them you should be able to tug on them gently down there and guide it up top, then pop the lever back in. Be more careful next time, otherwise you'll have to waste a couple hours pulling the steering wheel off to replace the turn signal switch if you manage to break it in the column!! Beat the center console next time, they are easier to replace

Just remember wth the new one since you ripped the wire out, you most likely wont be abe to get it back through the column, you will probally haft to feed it down the side of the column, I replaced mine and the fishin line broke when stringing it through so thats how i had to run it

I had to change mine almost a year ago. it just fell of on its own I guess the glue they put on it lost its hold. got one from Auto Zone and it was a royal pain to put in. The wires control the cruise control. I just shoved the wires down the inside of the column and it works just fine.
