I bought a new headliner and sunvisors from hawksthirdgenparts.com. But the sunvisors wont stay up no matter what i do. Has anyone had this problem?

Re: Sun Visors
the visors are brand new so the sleeve shouldnt be bad, I think its the pin that goes inside, because mine spin around in the base.

Re: Sun Visors
it's not the visor , its not the sleeve . remove visors from brackets and i am sure that you will find that the silver shaft is turning in the arm housing . i did a temp. fix on mine . remove brackets from car (good time to clean and lube pivot area ) . clean silver shaft/housing area . i used carb. cleaner with plastic straw . clean good , rotate shaft more carb. cleaner , rinse area alcohol . let dry . place in vise or clamp with silver shaft upright . a few drops of locktite on base of shaft , rotate shaft , make sure all air is out shaft housing another drop of locktite . let set 24 hrs. re-install . worked for me .
