Get your peel rivets here.

http://www.clipsandfasteners.com/1_4...pas4008-25.htm Alot of people have trouble finding peel rivets. I ran across this place the other day and they have all kinds of gm fasteners so you might want to try them. The rivets they have listed look correct. They even have the shorter ones for the regulators. I haven't orderd any but They are a lot less expensive than GM.

Awsome, that is the best 3rd gen info I've seen in awhile. I was checking out the site, they have all kinds of fasteners that I've been looking for. And the prices are very very reasonable.

Makes me want to spend money I don't have. Very cool find though.

Yeah the prices are alot less. You can get everything for about 25% or less of what the dealership charges.

If I knew where to put peel rivets and what they are used for, I just might buy some.

Sorry. I just replaced my glass so it was on the brain. You need peel rivets in your doors, for your window motors and lock actuators.

No I don't think so. Are you talking about under the car in the front wheel wells? The only place I've used the rivets is in the doors. You probably just need christmas tree clips. They have those on that site also, in the GM section.

The dealership here didn't know what I was talking about.

You use them in side the doors, most people need them when replacing a power windo motor. They are faster and easier then subing the rivits with nuts/bolts and tack welds.
