Hey everybody, I need to replace my passenger side power mirror and thought that I should replace some stuff while I had the door panel off. I'm going to replace the door lock actuator, power window motor, and power lock button. Is there anything else I should do while it's open?

now would be a good time to upgrade to 4th gen door handles, they look sweet, and since they're new, will remove the flop out of the door handles.

 

just lubricate all the window tracks and locking mechanisms. if it aint broke dont fix it. everything in there is pretty reliable so unless its bad or badly worn. save your money and maybe fill the tank up with some priemium gas =75$

 

I've seen that thread. I don't have any problems with the doors (knock on wood), just want to see what I should do if everything is torn out.

Also, I'm doing an original restore. No 4th gen stuff on this third gen! Thanks!
