Gauges off.

Not 100% sure where to put this to be honest so if its in the wrong place I apologize.

I bought a 1987 Iroc the other day and it is in pretty amazing condition on the interior. The only things that are off are the guages and I would like to know the best way to go about fixing them.

The Speedo gets to be about 10MPH off at highspeeds
I THINK my Engine Temp gauge sticks..not sure if its that or if the engine really stays extremely steady. Ill look more into this shortly
My gas guage jumps around like a kid in a ball pin when its not on full.
and my Trip will only rotate the .miles and not actually roll over any of the other ones.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Just trying to figure out the cost of getting that fixed. Cause once I do that and a paint job ill have a pretty find Iroc!

Re: Gauges off.

r best bet is going to a Junkyard and getting a new cluster, or get one of those fancy digital clusters

The gauge problem is common. Check the gauge itself as well as the sender.
