im looking for a new passenger side front seat belt buckle, i just had to order a new drivers side, and the passenger side has the plastic busted off it so it doesnt hold itself up anymore...i wanted to replace it seeing as how the drivers side will be mint lol, i cant have one side floppy and the other side normal, just messes with my OCD lol

good luck. i had to get mine used (in great shape) on ebay. they're hard to find and i'm pretty sure they're discontinued from GM. you could always swap in 4th gen seat belts if you don't mind a little modding.

Try a junk yard. thats where i got mine from. they were in excellent shape. and only 20.00 good luck

You're not gonna find a new one I don't think unless someplace like opd, npd, or classic has them. You're gonna have to buy used, get something universal like julians, or try a rewebbing place like this one: http://www.ssnake-oyl.com/
I'm not advocating that place btw, I just picked it up randomly on the web for an example.
But there are places that specialize in rewebbing and repairing seat belts.

yeah i figured i'll have to look in a junkyard or something...and yeah, they are discontinued, i believe it is that gm makes parts for 10-15 years i believe and then after that then whatever is made stays on the shelves till they run out and then thats it lol...so therefore, there are no more new 3rd gen passenger seat belt buckles lol.
and 82roc, im looking for new (or atleast pretty damn new looking, with no cracks or damage to the plastic sheathing around the buckle strap) med. gray front passenger side seat belt buckle

thats what i have and i'm not putting them back in the car, i will see if it's in decent shape, its been a while since i removed it, and let you know asap. I have a busy weekend so it might even be on Monday.
