how do you take the head rest off?

how do you take the head rest off?
I just got a new 3 piece seat cover set that will prolly look nice with some tweaks here and there but i need to get the head rest off to get the main part on and to get to head rest piece on and sewn to look nice and tight... i need to know how to take the head rest off.

Ok I figured it out.. you have to slip a thin metal rod into the gap in the front of the slider to release the clip holding it in.
