aftermarket shifter plate or console cover
I dont know if this is an over asked question. I've been looking for a shifter plate cover, i have a B&M megashifter and i have cut the hole out for it but have seemed to break 2 covers already. So im looking to see if anyone knows were i can find a steel one or anything that dont have the ashtray or something aftermarket really. I just ordered the covan classic gauge cluster so im looking for a shifter plate along them lines or if anyone on the forums is good at machining and could do one would be great. Thanks in advance.

you can fabricate one out of a sheet of ABS, aluminum or steel... maybe find a local machine shop that would produce a design that you dimension for them.

You can order several dimensions and thicknesses from McMaster.com. Here is the main section:
http://www.mcmaster.com/#abs-plastic/=251syj
They list it as smooth here, but search around because I could've sworn you could buy it textured too.
