Old 4 speed clutch brake pedal assembly

im gettin a t5 for my car and have access to a clutch brake pedal assembly from the old 4 speed manual. Im not sure if there is any difference so i can know whether it will work with the t5 and slave cylinder and all. any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Old 4 speed clutch brake pedal assembly

As far as I know, the old style was a mechanical clutch, whereas the newer style was hydraulic. They may not work, but I am not 100% sure.,

Re: Old 4 speed clutch brake pedal assembly

The pedals should work... It's the stuff on the other side of the bulkhead that's different. I haven't taken the set out of the 84 at the yard, so I'm not 100% on this.
