has anyone used this carpet?

http://www.jcwhitney.com/custom-tail.../p2007246.jcwx

this carpet is 89.99 with free shipping right now, my front carpet was junk so i removed it i want to go with a light one with no sound deadening material and i dont want to spend an enourmous amount of money on carpet cause it doesnt make my car faster(actually slows it down if you think about it) so i am just wondering if anyone has used these and do they fit ok, thanks for any help

Re: has anyone used this carpet?

Link doesn't work, but from my experience, try 1A auto or something like that. I bought a headliner and carpet from them and was very impressed.

Re: has anyone used this carpet?

I bought mine from JC Whitney. The fit sucked I had to cut the carpet down the middle to get it to fit right over the hump. I wish that I would of known about A1 when I bought it.

Re: has anyone used this carpet?

I've bought JcWhitney carpet before and while the quality is good, the fit is anything but good. My issue seem to be it not fitting over the console/driveshaft tunnel well. It also appeared shorter than original as you can see the floor under the dash area. With some coaxing it can be made to look decent but I plan to switch mine out with a better molded carpet

Re: has anyone used this carpet?

You can also see some floor under the dash even with the ACC carpet, sucks. I was was bummed, but overall happy with the end result. Someday I may do it again.

Re: has anyone used this carpet?

yes classic is expensive as well. im just gonna wait till next year, im trying to get it tuned and dialed in and then ill get the exterior redone, then ill do the interior, i was gonna get the 79.99 carpet cause it was cheap but if it doesnt fit then theres no point wasting the money. ill just shell out all the dough at once and get a good product thanks for everyones help-Ron
