Yeah Ive never seen a pattern/style that looks like that. Most likely recovered thats why they look so clean. They should also have 2 holes in the headrests where the seatbelt guides attach

The car won't be factory anyway because you have to repaint it. They look good, keep them. There are owners out that that would love to have seats in your condition.

I got it for $500 it runs and drives, just needs some bodywork and paint. its been converted from TPI to carb. im not sure why. the interior is the best looking part. Im going to paint it red, im hoping for a similar result to this, obviously not the hard top or the wheels tho

Wow is that ever a rats nest of crappy wiring. Clean all that junk out of there. I will def agree you got that car for a steal if it runs and drives. Interior looks nice the way it is. Id leave it. As others have said its not going to be original anymore with a repaint anyways so might as well enjoy the fact that your interior is cleaner than 90% of the third gens that i come across.

Re: 86 iroc have you ever seen these seats?

most of that wiring is from an electric fan the PO put in and the thermostat switch. not to mention whoever converted it from tpi to carb, left all of the old wiring there. I guess it will make a good before and after pic.

The interior looks nice. I would just keep it and spend the money elsewhere.

I wish I had seats like those. As mentioned, my car isn't factory anymore after being painted. My driver's seat is the worst with a large tear on the side.
