Still along way to go till the interior is done(dynomat, stereo and carpet) but the headliner is done and I picked up the rear seats on Saturday and the fronts will be done tomorrow, its perferated leather in the center and a charcoal carbon fiber on the outer edge (the flash makes the carbon look weird),,,, she'll be going in for paint in @ 4 weeks.... whatda guys think about the seats?

 

How much did it cost you? That looks great bro.

 

My friend owns a limo and car customization shop, I layed down a ceramic tile floor and a hard wook floor in 2 different party buses for him in exchange for the seat work, so it didnt cost me anything but time. Thanks for the kind words.

 

Looks good! I need to get my interior done as well, poor car sat outside for several years before I got it plus the hardcore wear the previous owner did to the seats didn't help.

How easy was it to lay the dynomat down? What are the benefits from it? Does it make it a little more difficult to reinstall the seats, center console, etc..?

It comes in 2'x1' pieces so its easy to laydown and its really just a sound deadner to stop road noise and rattles, the stereo is going to be a little ridiculous so Im trying to prevent any rattling. Im not sure if itll make the interior install any harder since I havent put it back in but I cant imagine it would since its not even a 1/4" thick.

 

 

Wow looks great man I want to do the same to my seats as well. Could you post a side shot as i noticed your GTA seats are grey as well. I want to redo mine so bad but cash is tight and might have to wait till next year. By the way my goalie pads are made from the same leather and trust me they can take any abuse you throw as them for sure.

 

wanab03, Those are gorgeous! Where did you get the material (maybe the shop got it)? Can you post contact info about the shop pls, either posting here or in PM's. I've been thinking about re-skinning the seats in my 99 TA.

 

Got any side pics as i want to se how the grey and black match as i really wan to se if its what i want to do with mine when I redo them. I might buy a set of rought black ones if its not what Im looking for with the grey. Thanks
