Fantastic job! I would love to be able to be able to do this for my dash. Unfortunately, I'll likely just keep saving up for a $400 replacement. I don't think there is much chance in me being able to craft something that nice looking.

thanks the ABS was made from a template i made out of MDF and transferd into ABS and then painted. the leather i ordered from a Mercedes Benz upholster in California i cant rember the place sorry.

Wow, I really like what you did with the dash pad. Nice work!
If you don’t mind, I have a question about covering the dash that has puzzled me for a while now and I’m hoping you might be able to help
When cracks develop across the surface of the original pad, the material along the top tends to peel apart and stick up higher than the rest of the surface. This will then show through whatever one might try to cover it with. Do you know of a good way of resolving that issue so there is a good base to work with?
