Took the LR seat bottom out of my TA to help dry the carpet out. Putting it all back together now, I've lost my stupid bolt that holds the bottom in. I checked on eBay, and with a dealer...not available.

Any idea where I can find one? Is it a standard size I can simply get at Home Depot?

I would take the other bolt out so you can get the right size and length, then any hardware store would do

 

You need a pair? I'm deleting my rear seat as I'm sick and tired of fighting with those lower seat nuts that busted out of their mounts a long time ago, trying to get the bolts back in, and I'm making room for other things.

Bringing this one back from the dead! My car did not come with back seats and I am trying to find the rear seat bottom bolt so I can install them. Any idea where to find them or what size they are?

 

My Parts & Illustration cat. (1982-1985) indicates Screw, Hex W/Con Wa Tap M8 x 1.25 x 35. I doubt that GM changed sizes over the years. To leave no doubt, try a boneyard.

If memory serves, that bolt also has a large captive washer which serves as the bridge across the wire loop part of the seat frame. (Memory being the operative word there).
