check all your screws along the windshield and the nuts by the door jambs.

Just the dash pad or is it the whole assembly? its possible the plastic mounting tabs inside the dash are loose or broken.

The dash pad is basically foam & easy to strip the screw holes.If thats the case maybe some crazy glue or epoxy or something to fill the hole so the screw can bite.
If its the dashboard, there are 2, maybe three nuts under the dash pad at each corner by the b-pillar.Plus, maybe one in the center.There also two under the dash at roughly each corner.
