Epco Shift *****????

Hi everyone,
I was looking at shift ***** and saw some really cool ralley striped shift ***** which is basically what I was looking for. The link is:
http://www.epcoshiftknobs.com/rallystripe.html

I couldn't find any threads that mentioned epco so I was wondering if anyone has ever dealt with them? They seem really expensive 75 bucks for a shift **** is kinda pricey right? I noticed all their others are much cheaper. Anyone know why? Just wanted to hear somthing good about them before I threw 75 dollars their way.

Thanks, DacMan

Seems ridiculously expensive for a shift **** to me, but to each his own.

If you do get it, be sure to lube the threads up so you could remove it in the future without damage

That's what I thought, but maybe there's somthing difficuilt about manufacturing the stripes IDK. I was also thinking about getting a hurst t handle shifter, or a pistol grip. Does anyone know another manufacture who makes ralley shift ***** that aren't crazy expensive? Maybe they're so expensive because no one else makes em'.

I had a brushed aluminum Hurst T-handle, I loved it. But it could get hot if the sun was on it too long

i remember this from my megashifter; park the car all day for work, get out to go home, and get home with a bright red b&m logo in my palm. learned real quick to put a hat or something over it

Yikes, that would suck. I've been looking at the smallest pistol grip shifter made by hurst for mopars. I think that would be sweet; and unique as well. Here's a pic:

Hurst logo for me

I ended up making a vinyl cover with a zipper I could put over the handle.

Someone else DOES make them, check out SPEED DAWG custom *****. They are less expensive and have a great number of different styles.

Stone p.s If you want one with IROC-Z embedded deep inside, let me know. I can order one.

Re: Epco Shift *****????

I have always liked the hurst ball shifter with the "H" shift pattern on it. Nothing says "Muscle car!" quite like the vintage white ball. Just my.02
