need pix for a custom 90-92 dash...
Hi all,
I've been learning custom interior work for a while now and I'm trying to create a updated/modernized dash and door panels for a 90-92 Camaro, but I need pix of the originals... This won't be a completely different interior, mainly just wrapping the existing parts with high quality materials, with the main redesigning being done to the radio/HVAC area, instrument faces, and the door panels.
SO, if you have the 90-92 interior, please post pix. Most useful would be centered shots from the back seat or from the back (through the hatch) as well as shots of the door panel with the door closed showing the door/dash transition.
PS, dumb question, but is the instrument panel back-lit with translucent numbers or is it 'side-lit' (where the light comes in from around the face)?
Thanks in advance for the pix! And fyi- also working on fiberglass repros of some of the more fragile interior pieces (namely that cross piece between the headliner and the hatch glass. Stay tuned!
