Seatbelt repair
My driver side belt stopped retracting. I found that the cover and plastic gear ring cam thingy had popped out. I fitted it back in there and it seems to be working now, but before I put the cover back on I want to know what is the proper orientation for that ring?
This picture is taken with the belt fully retracted. The plastic gear ring cam thingy is the green piece.

In order to fix it I had to gently pry that metal pin out. My guess is that the ring should push the pin out when the belt is fully extended.

There is an existing thread on this with pictures of how to repair the retraction unit. Try this: https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/faq-...ro-z-28-a.html
