Help w/ turn signal lever issue

Need help identifying a part

I recently purchased a 89 Iroc & part of the plastic steering column housing was previously damaged by someone attempting to steal it. In the process they ripped the turn signal off. The wiring is still in tact, so the lever works (wind shield wipers, signals come on if jammed a certain way), just needs to be reattached. I brought it to a shop & they said I needed an ENTIRE new steering column just to fix the dangling lever. So I took a closer look myself and I noticed that it looks like I really just need to replace the plastic piece behind the turn signal switch.

I did some research and I BELIEVE that this is the part I need:

Just want to know this is the right piece before I go out & get it!

That would be the piece, but I know you can get it cheaper on eBay. You will also need the proper torx bits to get the shroud off and to remove the turn signal switch and wiper switch completely.
