Radio pod help!
OK, I have owned two Birds and both had this problem (the first car came this way) but the radio mounting tabs breaking off. Only one in my T/A has done this and I can glue it back but has anyone done anything else instead of gluing the tab back?

Re: Radio pod help!
Well, I had the idea a long time ago of making some pieces out of some thin aluminum stock (old cut up printing plate) and using that with epoxy to reinforce the tabs. It's not easy to do and I ended up just getting another radio pod. Don't know what you're doing that you keep breaking the radio tabs off, but my problem is generally that the plastic bar across the top either cracks, breaks, or breaks off completely.
