Power Hatch Pull Down Problem

So I recently bought a 1989 Iroc and I have an issue with the pull down (Among many other things) I seem to be missing some wires, and there is a mysterious clip which doesn't appear to connect to anything that I have. Now I don't know if the guy stole something cause he or the owner before him took parts from the car to probably sell, but I can't get it to work, and I can't close the hatch all the way. I can not make heads or tails of the wiring diagram cause it simply doesn't look like I have enough wires. Any help would be appreciated.
