Is there any type of adhesive that is used under the new carpet to hold it in place?

You can use spray trim adhesive. If the carpet is a good fit you shouldn't need much.

its a ACC carpet, is there adhesive used from the factory?

you can use windshield weld ribbon type , yes there are a few spots the factory sticks down , yoou;ll see when you remave the old one.

isnt that like a double sided sticky tape? is there kind of like a coating i can paint on to protect against rust and does some sound deadening?

Why go through gluing,it's absolutely not required.
The mass backing will give you some sound deadening.

It wont slide around!!!their's so much holding it in place it wont go anywhere.
