Re: window sealing problem
With the door-panel off, can you flex the window-regulator to cause the window to seal better?
If so, can you re-position/bend the regulator mechanism in a permanent manner?

Re: window sealing problem
havent had the time to remove the panel, when i want it to seal right, i can shut it from the outside and push the window in as i close the door and it seals right then but when i drive it and shut the door from the inside i cant pull on it from the inside and it sits past the seals and out a little

Re: window sealing problem
You will need to take the panels of and experiment with the guides.
There are two metal parts with felt on them, that either push the glas in or let it stick out a little more.
IIRC, they are mounted on the top of the door when you remove the panel and I think the trick was pushing them outwards causes the glass to come in further and moving them inwards causes the glass to move outwards.
So you would need to move those mounts slightly outwards. If that doesn't do the trick, it's gonna get awkward with about all of the other possible adjusting screws within the door and there's some work ahead of you.
If you can find the t-top leak guide on the boards: All info is in there. Even if you don't have t-tops.
