missing light in luggage compartment??
With the back open in my 84 trans am, there are two openings in the sheet metal when you look straight down in the middle of the car. On the right there is a light but on the left I just have a plug sticking out of the hole with no housing or lens there. Is there supposed to be another light on the left hand side too? I've been searching for lenses online but can't find anything yet so I'm not sure if there are two lights or something else. Thanks for the help.

Some years had a switch near the light. Very cheesy looking little black slider.easily broken. I would probably replace it with a new cleaner looking rocker switch.

Here's a pic of what's there now. There's the light on the left (looking from inside the car towards the back), then this other opening that has a plug on the right. Is it another bulb and lens that's supposed to be there?

there is a toggle switch that goes there. ANY thirdgen camaro/firebird will have that. The junkyard is your friend.

Cool, thanks for the pic. The guy who sold it to me gave me a bunch of stuff that was removed so it could be painted and the interior changed to black but I don't think that piece was in there. I'll check out that section and put a pm out there if no one is selling it.
