Panel alignment issue

Is this normal? Can't be. I have adjusted the hell outta these two panels, and can't get this to line up. Is there something I'm missing? It seems like the hole for the privacy shade bracket is cut to low, but it's a factory cut piece.

Thoughts/suggestions welcome!

It should line up better.

Re: Panel alignment issue

Def not correct, but hard to say what's wrong without messing with it. My guess would be the shade mount is bent or something.

Re: Panel alignment issue

The panel is supposed to tuck under/into the weatherstripping.

Try not using the plastic screw and see if you can mate up the panel to fit.
