Air vents not changing well... no vacuum leaks found

My heat/ac vents barely change air flow from def to floor to vents. Kind of just a mix of all three all the time. I've fixed the vacuum selector wheel behind the climate control panel and haven't found any other vacuum leaks inside or out. I'm not sure what the motors that move the doors would be called so its hard to find info. Is there a good way to get at the motors or door flaps without removing the entire dash? I'd like to see whats going on and fix it

Thanks

Not sure but did you check the fitting in the back of the intake there's three hoses on it best I remember. If they are rotted they will cause issues with your vacuum for the doors.

I just checked again and they look pretty good. I can see the vacuum lines that go into a bundle of wires and I believe into the firewall. Couldn't hurt to change them but they look fine.

Fixed the issue. It was a case of previous owner bamboozling. I tried to look inside the heater core box area and saw the plastic was actually broken and the axel that has 2 doors rotating on it had been flopping around freely for 6 years. got some washers and put it back in place now my vents actually change when I tell them too for the first time since I owned the car.
