The intermittent wiper settings work in my 1992 Chevy Camaro RS but it stops working completely if I use the turn signal and can get it working again by touching it. Do you think the problem is the wiper switch, the actual turn signal assembly or the wiper module connectors.

My rear defrosters are not even working so my visibilty is shot! Button comes on and turns off as should but nothing happens.

 

Sounds like a loose wire in the column stalk switch…the one that also has your turn signals, wipers, cruise delay..etc. I never replaced one in the newer Thirdgens with air bags though…

Your rear defroster may be a separate issue all together.
