Bolts left over from seat install, help!
Hello, over the winter I scored on some power, leather 4th gen seats for my 1989 trans am GTA. My issue is over the winter I started the job of taking out all of the old seats, to get the new ones in the car. I was just able to get back out there today to finish the job (went away to college). Everything went smoothly, except for 4 left over bolts. I sent hours trying to figure out where they were from (took them out over winter, stupidly).
What I know: They are identical to the four bolts that go into the rear seat belt loop, the 4 bolts that secure the loops onto the rear seats. They have a torx head (female) and there is what looks like blue service removable thread locker in the threads, just like the rear seat belt loop bolts.
What I originally dissembled, and then re assembled today:
four nuts that hold passenger and driver seats to floor. single bolt for each rear seat, rear seat belt loop bolts, rear seat back.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated! attached are pictures of one of the bolts.
Also, real quick from this project, if this is appropriate to ask in this thread. (I know there is a lot of info about this on site, but my question is sort of specific--couldn't find answer)
When I finished wiring the new 4th gen drivers seat in to place (I had lumbar seats in my GTA before hand), I just cut the original harness with the black and orange wires, cut the new harness (orange/black wires) for the new seats, and connected them. Connecting the orange wires with an in-line fuse to be safe (10 amp). Power seats work for a minute going back and forth, but fuse blows as soon as i move in another direction.
Is 10 amp fuse to small? I read from here that power seats are typically in the circuit with the rear defoggers, which is a 30 amp fuse. Is that what I want in this case for my in line fuse? or is 30 amps to big? Don't want to melt anything.
Thanks any help will be much appreciated!

4th gen seats have a release handle on both sides of the rear back to fold it down. Did you take one of these off? and you're positive that you have all your bolts in your seatbelt guides for the backseat?
The fool-proof way would be to take a mental inventory of everything you took off/put on and just do a visual check. Did you by chance swap the seat belt loops and put the third gen set on or something? and maybe not reassemble whatever set you didn't use?

I did not remove the spring loaded release handles from either my old third gen rear seat back or the fourth gen seat back. I am positive I have all of the rear seatbelt guide bolts in. There were four total, two on each side. I did not swap the seat belt loops, as the rear guides were permanently attached to the actual seat belt. The front guide loops I did not take off as they have a slot to slip the belt through
I just cannot figure out what in the heck I took off last winter that had those 4 bolts. I'm guessing something with two of the bolts on each side? Problem is nothing is obviously missing to me from inspection...
Thanks for the reply I'm concerned because obviously when dealing with seats and seatbelts there could be a major safety issue here. The thread locker on the bolts sort of scares me

Mmk, yeah I would guess those almost have to be from the seatbelts or something safety related. I cannot think of anything else back there that uses those bolts though. Are you the original owner? meaning, is there any chance that someone else worked on the car in the past and left those in there and they could be totally unrelated but you just happened to find them?

What about the seatbelt retractors? are they missing any bolts?

I am not original owner but bolts were left out in the open so I'm almost sure they were from me. That could be a good guess, I did have one of the plastic covers off of one of the seatbelt retractors on the one side behind the rear seat. I'm going to thoroughly inspect that retractor when I get home

The seat belt retainer is in check nothing was removed from that. If anyone finds these bolts familiar from the interior/seats it will be much appreciated.

Those look like they are for the metal plate on the sides of the seats, console side.Maybe one towards the front & one in the center part.3rd gens have plastic trim on both sides, but 4th gens only have plastic on the exit side.So i dont think these are for ea side since the plastic would interfere.Been a long time since i took one of these seats apart, so memory may be foggy.
With regard to the orange/blk wires, your not talking power seat track, right.
You said the seat moves back/forth, is why i ask.If you were refering the the power lumbar.I have seen both the 3rd/4th gen lumbar harness & they are configured different. So you may have cut/spliced the wrong wires.Easier to swap the harness whole.
Ive never seen the lumbar seats with a power seat track (no place for the switch). You can keep the seat track by moving things around under the seat to make room for the power seat track.I did this on my camaro, but the harness is seperate from the lumbar feature. That circuit is 30amp i think, but the lumbar is 10amp.
