I have yet to find a company that will deal with 80's seatbelts, either 70's - older or 96+ all i been able to find so far.

IIRC,You can buy that webbing on ebay, then take them to an Upholstery shop.

It depends on what you need repaired. Just about all that i talked to will fix the webbing, but nobody would touch the retraction and lock mechanism
