Removing seat bolt covers

Hey guys, I'm starting to remove the seats so I can rip up my nasty carpet and patch in new metal where my floor pan rotted. How do you remove the front plastic bolt covers that hide the seat's bolts? I tried firmly pulling on it but it doesn't want to move and I don't want to break it, is there a hidden screw on it? I can't really fit my head down there to see

move the seat back and you will see a Phillips head screw holding it on
