Another cut connection -.-

Ok, definitely understood. My Bird was "mutilated" through owners and years... I found these wires cut while restoring some dash parts. Someone could tell me thier function? Is that metal thing the airbag module? Thank you guys!

First pic looks like the cruise control harness.Can't tell on the 2nd.

It would help if you used the correct orientation for the pictures and told us where the picture was. For instance the first picture needs rotated 180* degrees.
Those two light green and green wires are for speakers.
The cut loom of (6?) wires may be the passenger door's window motor, door lock and power mirror or just the power mirror. Does the passenger side door's powered components work?

All of those components you mentioned seems to be working, cruise control too... I really have no idea what are used for
