Solve - Need help - have to locate where goes that part in steering colum

Car: 1987 Chevrolet CAMARO IROC-Z
Engine: 5.7 crate engine 300hp
Transmission: TH700R4
Axle/Gears: 3.73
Solve - Need help - have to locate where goes that part in steering colum
I dissasemble my steering column to replace my wiper switch and a small part fall off from inside.
Can someone tell me where it goes?

Find the white plastic square peg looking piece that pops into the square peg shaped hole by the lock cylinder. The spring in the photo spoons that white plastic piece, then both slide in that square hole. Makes up the key buzzer switch.
BTW, looks like that spring is thoroughly ****ered.
