Hatch lock
Re: Hatch lock
Looks like a lil bit of everything. Specifically I'm guessing you're talking about the cable/latch assembly that clips on the lock and runs over to the latch on the pulldown. But it also looks like your pulldown has been hacked.

Re: Hatch lock
Yeah that clip that locks it in place and that cable thing anyway how I can make this work because those whole pull down assembly is like 250 bucks
Re: Hatch lock
If you can't find a decent pulldown assembly for around $100, you're not looking very hard.
You could replace the missing cable assembly that runs from the lock to the latch, but with the pulldown non-functional it's only going to take you so far. Hard to tell how the trunk latch is rigged currently, but that'd at least link the latch to the lock cylinder.

Re: Hatch lock
Well, you need the C-clip that retains the lock. #46 in this diagram. That'll keep the lock from falling out.

Then you need the cable assembly that connects the latch to the lock. #8 + #4 or #8 + #15 depending on if you have the remote hatch release or not. The diagram is a bit sketchy because technically the cable and the bracket and/or solenoid are a single piece. #4 is the solenoid to pop the hatch, #15 is just a bracket on the end of the cable that bolts to the pulldown.

No guarantees replacing those two bits will do all that much, since the entire pulldown assembly looks to have been messed with. Who knows what else is screwed up. But that's a start anyway. I'd probably try to find a donor car in a junkyard and get as much of it as you can, then rebuild the pulldown with parts from the usual sources.
