Yeah, if the security light goes out after key on, and doesn't light up and stay on after the engine stalls, then the vats should be fine. Engine is cranking, and starting, just stalling out after it starts up right? Why not jump the aldl and see if you have any stored error codes...

That's good, that's normal. If it were vats you would be seeing a stored 46.

Make sure the tank has sufficient fuel in it, and check under the hood for any loose vacuum lines.
