Ignition lock cylinder replacement and steering column disassembly

I have a 1985 Camaro z28 and my ignition lock cylinder went out and I'm taking apart the steering column to replace it and I've run into a bit of a snafu after I got the steering wheel off and idk how to take off this next part I need to remove to get the lock cylinder out. Does anyone know how to remove this part
