Probably. The power windows in these cars tend to be crappy at best and completely suck at worst. I wish my TA was manual windows TBH.

You can either build your own power window harness, or pull one out of another car and add it, but either way it is a lot of work. You need to change the window regulators in the doors too.
I upgraded the harness in my 92 Firebird and ran 10 or 12 gauge wire from the window closing module to the motors and ran the same for power to the module. I also cleaned and lubed up the tracks well and now the windows open and close better than new.

It's an easy conversion really, once you have the parts. The biggest headaches are dealing with the holes in the door panels leftover from the cranks, or vice versa the holes left in the console from the window switches.

I have complete harness removed from 92rs. It was a pain to remove. Had to remove entire dash as it runs just under windshield below dash frame. Took 3 hrs to remove. Could possibly be routed differently as to not remove dash. Decided to sell my 91 non power rs. Bought a loaded 92 Z.
