Gauges don't work when Lights are on

Hello again. When I turn the lights on my '85 305 Camaro, My tachometer, Oil Pressure Gauge, and Voltmeter(I think that's what it's called) all die and go to zero. My Speedometer, Temp Gauge, and Fuel Gauge all stay on, however. If I turn the dimmer down and make the dash lights almost completely off, all the nonworking gauges will start to work again. Also, my right turn signal indicator will be stuck on, but it does not affect the actual turn signal. That stays on despite how high the dimmer is. Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this? I think it would have to be either the circuit board or the headlight switch, right? Any help is appreciated.
