Power window Power source

Power window Power source

I know to get power for the windows is to go to junction box c238 but how do I plug into it, what kind of adapter will work.

Everything else Is fine and the wiring is setup right but i haven been able to find out how I can plug into the power source. All the wires are there I just can't plug into it.
