Might try a search. Thirdgens are now 30-40 years old. Pretty sure SOMEONE has had to do this already and made at least ONE post about this already.....

It is more about the install than the brand of seals. Though some are better than others.
As far as ttop seals, I would guess that 95% of leaks are from the center ttop bar than the seals themselves.
