Click/tap noise when rolling up window

Hey all! I just bought my 1985 Firebird T/A and today it starting making this click sound when it reaches the top of the track and is set with the weather stripping. The sound sounds just like a nickel hitting glass when it reaches the top. This doesn't happen when the door is open and away from the frame. It sounds like it's coming from the A pillar area.

Any idea what it could be? I examined the whole a pillar frame and moved it extremely slowly to try and see if anything was getting loose and knocking into the glass but couldn't see anything. It also doesn't occur if I go as slow as possible with it.

Thanks everyone!

Re: Click/tap noise when rolling up window

Is it possible the felt window aligners need to be adjusted? Maybe they don't line up well with the plastic catch pieces on the bottom of the window? Just an idea.....
