My guess is aftermarket. Previous owner installed alarm on mine and I’ve got a similar red bulb. No clue how to work mine, although it looks like an upper end alarm system. Has a hidden switch and who knows what else. Owned this Iroc for over 8 years and haven’t got to removing it yet. I just leave it alone!
