are you positive about the ac compressor interfering with the k member? I figured with a tubular k member that there would be no clearance issues at all

 

Yes. Unfortunately when they were developing it, UMI said that the majority of swappers they talked to were ditching the a/c so they figured the rest of us could just by a $200 relocation bracket. In light of all of that, I still feel that it's the best kmember currently on the market. It's the only one that I know of with double hoops and small block Chevy and ls mounts. Most require you to choose one or the other. You can also delete the spring perches if you decide to go coil over in the future.
