spark plug placement

Just wondering how those with headers routed there spark plugs and which plugs they got. I have some stock lt1 msd wires but they dont look like they are gonna work with the hooker shorty headers I got...look like they may get burnt however i route them. Any input would be great, thanks.

I have the MSD wires with my SLP headers they are close in a couple of places but they don't touch. I use NGK TR55 plugs. I didn't use the factory retainers I used the classic Zip-tie retainers, this has worked for three years.

I have a set of Taylor universal wires on the way and already have Made-4-You valve cover wire looms. I'll be going over the valve covers instead of along the head.

I'm running stock wires, through stock locations with my Hedman headers, they were made specifically for angle plug heads which made a big difference.
