No buffer box = No speedo; whats the solution?

Alrighty, Ive had a few posts about my problems here and there but Ive looked into it a lil more and here is what Im putting in...

I have a 4,000 pulse wire hanging from the PCM plugging into nothing I have a speedometer that does not work and I noticed that I do not have a yellow buffer box..

I got a buffer box from the upullit but have no idea how to connect anything...keep in mind I didn not do this swap it was done by the previous owner...I do not needa speedometer but it would be nice since Im always pulled over....I took some pics of what Im dealing with if anyone needs it but Im pretty sure some of you guys who have done the swap can walk me through it...

spec wise Im running a 93 LT1 and a 90 700R4 which is the same trans they used in the 93 LT1....all of this WILL work without any mods Im 100% sure...I just dont know what to plug/connect where.

I am not sure which pin it was. I went out and looked at mine and mine is pin D and is going to be brown or gray. My previous post was based on notes for another project. Sorry.(C207 is the connector under the passenger side of the dash)
