ok everyone i have a question about what i should do as far as the trans i recently blew out my 4l60e and for its going to be about 2500 to rebuild it the way i want it set up, for that price im wondering if id be able to do a t5 or t56, and how hard would it be to do the conversion. also as far as programming goes do i have to re program the ecu if i swap it to a stick? to anyone who answers.

 

As far as programming, the trouble codes for the auto would have to be turned off and the option to be an auto trans also turned off. The speedometer setting would have to be changed to accept the 17 pulse per mile T56 VSS.
